    Welcome to Bari-Fit, Corp.'s suite of online health coaching programs, including the The Back on Track 21-Day Challenge, Group Coaching with Tosha, and The Winner's Circle. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the following general terms, as well as specific terms applicable to each program you've enrolled in.

    General Terms

    Fees and Payments

    • You agree to make the required payment for the program you are enrolling in before access is granted. The specific fee for each program is outlined in the respective program section below.

    Coupons & Discounts

    • From time to time, we may offer special promotions or discounts. The terms during checkout at the time of purchase will apply.

    No Refunds Policy

    • All sales are final. We do not offer money-back guarantees or refunds under any circumstances, with the exception of any legally required cooling-off period in your jurisdiction.

    Program Access and Use

    • Access to digital content and program-specific areas is granted for a limited period as specified in each program's section. You are granted a single-use, non-transferable license to access and use program content for personal use only.

    Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

    • You agree to respect the confidentiality of program content and the privacy of other participants. All program materials are the intellectual property of Bari-Fit, Corp. or its licensors.

    Program-Specific Terms

    Back on Track 21-Day Challenge

    • Fee: $49.00
    • Access Duration: 4 weeks from the start date of the challenge.
    • Includes: Access to the Training Area, Private Discussion Group, and 5 Group Q&A Sessions.

    Group Coaching with Tosha

    • Fee: #47.00 per month
    • Access Duration: Monthly
    • Includes: Access to the Training Area, Private Discussion Group, and Weekly Group Q&A Sessions.

    The Winner's Circle

    • Fee: $7 per month
    • Access Duration: monthly
    • Includes: Access to the Training Area, Private Discussion Group

    Additional Terms

    Access to Program Materials

    Upon successful registration and payment, you will gain access to the program materials for the specified duration of your registered program.

    Start Date

    The program's start date will be clearly communicated to all participants.

    Group Calls

    Participants in the Back on Track 21-Day Challenge and Group Coaching with Tosha will have access to weekly group calls as detailed in the "Program Details" section.

    Facebook Group

    Participants will be invited to join the exclusive Facebook group for the duration of their registered program for additional support and learning.

    Digital Materials

    All program materials, including digital resources, will be available for the duration of the registered month.

    Communication

    We will primarily communicate program details, updates, and reminders via the provided contact information. It's your responsibility to ensure your contact information remains accurate and up to date.

    Participant Responsibilities

    You are expected to actively engage in the program, attend group calls, participate in the Facebook group, and utilize the provided materials to maximize your benefits.

    Program Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify the program schedule, content, or access to materials as necessary. Any modifications will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

    Support

    For program-related inquiries, assistance, or technical support, please reach out to the provided contact information.

    Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate your access to the program for breach of these Terms and Conditions or disruptive behavior within the program.

    Failed or Cancelled Payment

    Access to all program materials and the private Facebook group will cease immediately if payment is not received, or if you cancel your subscription.

    Resolving Disputes

    We are committed to customer satisfaction and aim to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently. Contact us with any concerns for a thorough review and resolution.

    Agreement to Terms

    By registering, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including our policies on refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution.
