After facing serious medical issues with my eyes, I found myself battling regain AGAIN. For nearly two years, I was living off prednisone (steroids), watching the scale climb rapidly and seeing my face take on that infamous “moon face” look. I felt devastated, frustrated, and so uncomfortable in my own skin that all I wanted to do was cry and hide.

I started declining invitations because I didn’t want anyone to see how much weight I’d regained. I hated getting dressed—so I lived in yoga pants, sweats, and baggy shirts, avoiding mirrors and social settings altogether. It felt like I’d lost control, and I was completely stuck.
