Instructions
  1. Spray a small pan with nonstick spray and bring to medium heat. Add egg whites and cook to form a patty (a circular pancake pan is good to use). Cook until done.
  2. Spread laughing cow cheese wedge on tortilla
  3. Remove egg patty and place on tortilla
  4. Respray pan and wilt the spinach
  5. Layer spinach and sun-dried tomatoes on egg patty and top with feta cheese
  6. Fold into wrap and enjoy this healthy breakfast!
