Instructions
  1. Heat pan to medium heat.
  2. Cut shrimp in half and cook in oil and a tad of cilantro.
  3. Dice cucumber, tomatoes, onion, avocado, cabbage and cilantro and mix together.
  4. When shrimp cools add to chopped mixture.
