Instructions
  1. Bake, Grill or other non fry cooking methods o the chicken.
  2. Asparagus baked in a pan of water with garlic flakes for 20 minutes at 350 degrees .
  3. Potato bake in microwave 3-4 minutes on high .
  4. I usually have a multiple serving of chicken baked and ready to be portioned out.
